Virtual
Voyage is our Dream project with a mission to inspire our Country’s Youth to
believe in their Strengths and then aim and achieve the heights in professional
life. Now is the time that if we, a Country with 65% population under the age
of 35 act in a focused way would turn into an unstoppable force. The irony is
that our country’s young force is confused and unaware of the future
opportunities of various upcoming fields which grew enormously after then
Honorable Prime Minister Late. Mr. Narsimha Rao opened doors for Globalization
in 1991-1993, which subsequently added endless employment opportunities for our
Country’s youth.
We would like to share our mission and
vision to work in the field of Education with you. Today we see our youth is
opting for the courses/Degrees their elders did years ago like B.Com., BBA,
B.Sc. which were apt courses decades ago as the relative streams were booming
then. In last Decade inspite of having numerous Educational Institutes opening
in our Country providing traditional courses like Engineering, Management….the
youngsters have a hard time getting an appropriate job. One reason is that the
number of students passing each year is higher than the jobs generated and
another is that the young professionals do not possess required skills to be
absorbed directly in the Industry.
Now
is the time for skill based professionals. The traditional courses equip the
students only with the theoretical base but in today’s scenario practical experience
is of great importance and value. The Theoretical qualifications prove
meaningless if we are not able to teach them the implementation of it and add
any professional Experience for the same.
We at Virtual Voyage are striving to provide
world class training and filling up the gap of required skilled human resource.
We believe in providing quality skills and polishing them as per industry
requirements. Our Mantra for success
till today has been creating Industry ready professionals for the real world
through strengthening the knowledge base of the student and providing a lot of
exposure to the practical industry.
It was a conscious and calculated move to initiate this as a pilot project from a
tier-2 city like Indore and got
overwhelming response and tremendous success. With truly global standard ambience
in premises spread over more than 50,000 sq.ft. with well equipped projection
theatre rooms for theory classes and technically upgraded computer labs/
workshops for all relevant disciplines. Updated Library with a whole lot of
National and International level books and journals giving global exposure. The
concept of excellence and its application can be experienced virtually in all
areas at Virtual Voyage College.
In last three years, we have focused on all aspects right from effective marketing strategies, industryaligned curriculum, productive training methodology, staunch industry relationships for industrial trainings, Summer Internships and placements; and made ourselves competent for increasing the number of beneficiaries through our project.
In coming 5 years, we are determined to mark our presence across nation
with around 75 centers
through our self-owned /Joint Venture/ Franchise centers and around 500
Franchise centers for short courses. Our target would be all
2- tier cities like – Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Pune, Lucknow, Patna and
other rapidly developing cities all over
India. And replicating this model in all tier-3 cities there after.We would
be able to guide more than 50,000 students in long term courses and more than
1.5 lakh students in short term Vocational skill development programs. In the
next phase of expansion, we plan to set-up a World Class University
in next 3-4 years in all Five zones of the Nation (North, South, East, West
& Central Zone).
Today we need quality education
platform for our new generation to make them proficient in new upcoming
Industries like Fashion, Interior, Media, Arts, Animation, Design,
Events…..etc. in which they can excel and contribute in our Country’s growth
and most importantly where their
interest also lies in.
Knowing the short comings in the field of Education in the present
scenario in the Nation our Founder Director, Mr. Abhay Jain has thought of
contributing towards bringing the needful changes by bridging the Gap through
our Dream project, VIRTUAL VOYAGE.
